| The best way to get your site crawled is to pass those articles on book marking sites. For crawling frequency you must write regularly on your blog. This is a proven method by famous bloggers such as John Chow, Problogger, etc. |

| It's pretty easy to get Google crawling regularly if you are talking about a blog.All you have to do is increase your posting frequency and be consistent with it.If you are talking about increasing crawling frequency on a website , you can let google know how often you want your site crawled when you submit the sitemap to google. |

| this frequency depends on the PR but there are many ways to do so: 1. Make sure the site is indexed 2. Goto googles webmaster tools and tell it to crawl more 3. Its based around MANY factors but constantly updating yoursite with good content (not spam) ontop of a good Page Ranking will get it crawled more and more (which may or may not work - thats not 100% proven) |
